2. Tap on your Profile Icon (located in the top-right corner or navigation menu)
3. Navigate to “Delete Account” tab
4. Click on “Delete Account” button
5. Confirm your decision when prompted
6. Complete any additional verification steps (OTP, password confirmation, etc.)
7. Your deletion request will be processed automatically

Note: This is the fastest and most secure way to delete your account and all associated data.

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at:

• Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
• Include: Your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement requesting data deletion

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, especially for sensitive financial and identity data, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve:

• Confirming details associated with your account
• Additional verification for Aadhaar/PAN deletion requests through OTP or biometric authentication
• Requesting additional identification documents
• Sending a confirmation email to your registered email address
• For high-value financial accounts, we may require a cooling-off period of 7 days to ensure the request is genuine

Processing Timeline

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours
• Processing: We will process your deletion request within 30-45 days of verification
• Completion: You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete
• Complex Cases: Requests involving financial data, Aadhaar, PAN, or banking information may take the full 45 days to ensure complete removal from all systems

Note: All personal data including Aadhaar details, PAN information, and banking data will be permanently deleted within the specified timeframe.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

When you request data deletion:

• Your account information and profile data
• Aadhaar card details and related verification data
• PAN card information and tax-related data
• Banking details including account numbers and IFSC codes
• All KYC documents and verification records
• Usage history and preferences
• Location data and device information
• Any other personal or sensitive data we have collected

Complete Data Removal Promise: We guarantee that ALL personal data, including highly sensitive information like Aadhaar, PAN, and banking details, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our primary systems, backup systems, and any third-party processors within 30-45 days.

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data as legally required or permitted, including:

• Data required for legal compliance or regulatory purposes (as mandated by RBI, SEBI, or other financial regulators)
• Data necessary for ongoing legal proceedings
• Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you
• Data required for security and fraud prevention (for a maximum of 90 days)
• Important: Even for regulatory compliance, we will anonymize or pseudonymize retained data wherever possible to protect your privacy

Note: We will NOT retain your Aadhaar, PAN, or complete banking details beyond the deletion timeline unless specifically required by law, and any such retention will be clearly communicated to you.

Third-Party Services

If you have connected third-party services to your account:

• We will delete data we control directly
• You may need to separately request deletion from third-party services
• We will provide guidance on how to contact relevant third parties

Consequences of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data will result in:

• Account Termination: Your account will be permanently closed
• Service Loss: You will no longer be able to access our services
• Data Recovery: Deleted data cannot be recovered
• Subscription Cancellation: Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
